For over 20 years Jeff had been a Los Angeles based manicurist who catered to studio executives. He was also known for his innovative designs. In 1976 he invented the “Original French Manicure,” which featured sheer pink polish with white tips, and in 1979 he created the “French Dip” method of applying french manicures using a clear dip-on powder instead of white polish to create a more natural look than could be achieved with white polish.

The style was then adopted as a fashion trend among celebrities, and later spread to other countries worldwide. The acrylic French manicure is now one of the most popular styles for women and has been since its inception.

Some may believe that the acrylic French manicure is a difficult trend to master, however it is easier than it looks. Once you learn how to apply it properly, you can do it yourself with ease at home! This blog will show you how!
