How I Got My Nails To Grow Naturally

I used to wear acrylic nails for years, and then I discovered gel nails. Although I would still try to make my natural nails grow, they never did. They would start breaking and peeling at about 1/4 inch long. So, I would have to get acrylic nails just so they looked like they were growing.

After I got tired of the routine of getting acrylics every three weeks, I tried gel nails. I loved them! They grow out just like your own nails. If you have weak or brittle nails that break or peel, then this may be the answer for you.

Now bear with me while I tell you my story of how I got my nails to grow naturally!

I’ve tried everything to get my nails to grow naturally. I’ve tried every nail growth product under the sun, including some of the weirdest remedies you can think of. I’ve even tried out some of those crazy looking nail growth products that you see on those late night infomercials. None of them ever worked at all.

So what’s the secret? I’ll tell you how I got my nails to grow naturally by using gel nails. Here’s how it works: First, you need to find a good manicurist that specializes in gel nails. My personal favorite is called “Gelish.” It’s very easy to apply and they do a great job of making sure that your nails are healthy and strong from the start.

Hey guys! I’m so excited to share with you how I got my nails to grow naturally and how I now use gel to keep them strong!

Let me start off by saying that I have NEVER had good nails. They have always been weak, split, and broke easily. I really wanted to stop using acrylic because it was not healthy for them and they were breaking even more.

I quit getting acrylics and started taking care of my natural nails. I’ve seen a huge difference in my nails in the past few months since starting this.

Here are some things that have helped me get healthy nails:

I have been using gel nails to replace acrylic nails for almost a year now. I had acrylic nails for almost 10 years and I loved them, but they were so damaging to my natural nails and it was costing me so much money to get them done every two weeks. After doing a little bit of research on the internet, I found out about gel nails and how they are the much healthier option for the health of your nail beds. After some more research, I found out that you can do gel nails at home with a UV Gel Light.

I bought one from Amazon for about $40 and started doing my own gel nails at home. It does take a little bit of practice though! I’d say it took me about 2 months to get good at it and not have as many mistakes as when I first started doing them. It is definitely worth it though because if you pay someone else to do your gel nails, it can cost anywhere between $20 – $50 every time you go in (depending on what you want done).

Doing your own nails at home is much cheaper in the long run and saves you a lot of time! You can do your gel nails in less than an hour once you get used to doing them.

I have also seen great

I started wearing gel nails in February of 2014 and since then I have had them on continuously (except for a two week break before my wedding). They are the perfect solution to my weak, peeling, ugly nails. My nail tech taught me a few tips that help keep my nails healthy while they are under gel. When I use these tips my nails grow out very strong and healthy.

My Nail Tech’s Tips:

1. Make sure you get your nails filled every 2-3 weeks. This is key to keeping your own nail strong. The gel protects it from breaking and makes it stronger, so your natural nail will grow out stronger than it was before. If you let too much time go between fills the gel will start to lift and lose its bond with your nail which can lead to breaks, peeling or lifting.

2. Just before you go in for your fill make sure to file down the top layer of the gel on each nail that is starting to lift just a little bit (not all the way off). This helps the new layer of gel adhere better and keep your natural nail from peeling or breaking when it starts to grow out too long. When I started going to this salon she was trying to get me to come back every

My natural nails were in bad shape. I used to get acrylics and then when I took them off, my nails were always left thin and brittle. So naturally, when I found out about gel nails it was an instant obsession. Thanks to gel nails, my weak, thin and brittle nails are now strong enough to grow out naturally. But with more growth also came more breakage.

I realized that if I wanted my nails to be strong enough to grow out without breaking, they had to be protected while they grew out. So I started using a clear gel nail polish as a protective coating on my natural nails. This allowed them to grow longer without breaking, but the process of doing this was very time consuming and expensive. After having this done constantly at salons, I decided it would be better if I did it myself at home.

So after doing a lot of research online, I bought some UV lamps and all the necessary supplies to do my own gel nail polish at home. The results were amazing! My manicures lasted for weeks without any chips or peeling, and caused no damage to my natural nails like regular nail polishes do when you take them off (by the way, you must use pure acetone to remove gel).

While I personally don’t like gel nails, it’s important to know that they are not acrylic. Gel nails have their own unique properties and require a different set of skills to apply and maintain. So if you’re looking for tips on how to stop your acrylic nails from peeling off, this is not the blog post for you.

I never had good nails. When I started working at the nail salon, I made sure to explain to my customers that I wasn’t one of those people with perfect nails that could grow them out long and strong.

My nails were weak, brittle, and thin. They would break easily when I tried to grow them out. They would chip after just a few days after being painted. And they were prone to peeling at the sides.

In other words, every single problem you could have with my nails, I had it!
