Looking for some nail design inspirations? This is a blog about nail art that’s inspired by actual paintings created by various classic French painters. French Classic Artists (FCA) is an organization that showcases art and culture of France by displaying these classic paintings in various museum exhibitions. The paintings have been carefully selected and categorized based on the artists’ style, time period and themes.

FCA has partnered with French Nail Design (FND) to create nail designs that are inspired by these various paintings. FND is an organization dedicated to bringing new nail styles and techniques to the public. FND works with various salons all over the country to provide you with the best nail experience possible.

I would like to introduce a nail art blog that’s inspired by actual paintings created by various classic French painters. I came up with this idea of creating Nail designs inspired from French Classic Artists a while back and I was thinking of how I could do it and make it fun…and I thought why not combine my two favorite things: Nail Art and Painting!

The name of the blog is Art Nail Design and you can find awesome nail art inspired by works of famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, Renoir, Toulouse Lautrec, Cezanne, David and many more. As an artist, I was very excited to have this opportunity to create all these amazing nails that are inspired by some of my favorite paintings. It was very challenging for me because there were so many amazing paintings to choose from. In the end I had to narrow down my choices to make sure I can finish them all in time for the blog launch!

The blog also has a “How To” section where you can learn how to recreate each design at home. If you don’t have any nail art equipment or supplies, you will be able to purchase a kit (coming soon) that comes with everything you need to do all

It is often said that the French are, if not the most romantic, then at least one of the most romantic nations in the world. They have had their share of iconic painters and writers that have added to the richness of their culture. But who says that love and art should only be limited to a canvas or paper?

The French are also known for their chic and trendy nail arts. So, why not combine both? Here are just a few nail designs inspired by famous paintings done by various classic French painters.

Edgar Degas’ “The Star”

Edgar Degas’ “The Star” first drew my attention because of its striking colors, which are perfect for an eye-catching nail art design. The painting features a ballerina who is about to perform on stage. Her costume is very detailed with its sequins and feathers, which make the painting even more interesting. If you want your nails to be pampered too, then you can try this design!

Vincent Van Gogh’s “Starry Night”

When it comes to timeless pieces of art, Vincent Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” always comes to mind. This painting has always fascinated me because it was created in 1889 and yet it still manages

In this set of nail art, I’ve used the same theme from my previous nail design posts. I’ve tried to create my own version of nails inspired by portraits painted by famous French classic artists.

French nail designs are a classic, but they don’t have to be boring! We love taking inspiration from various French painters and experimenting with different shapes, colors and patterns.

French tip nails are usually done in white and pink or white and nude. You can also create French tip nail art with a colored tip. If you’re feeling creative, use a toothpick or dotting tool to add interesting patterns and details to your French manicure (flowers, polka dots, stripes).

When doing your own acrylic nails at home, it’s much easier to do simple shapes. But if you’re up for the challenge, you can get really creative with your acrylic nails! Our favorite nail shape is the coffin nail because it’s similar to the almond shape but a bit longer and more narrow at the top. The tapered sides make them perfect for creating more intricate designs.

As for what type of acrylic powder we like to use, Young Nails has been our favorite brand of acrylic powder for years. It’s super easy to apply and comes in lots of fun colors!

I have chosen to focus on 10 French painters, who are considered to be ‘classics’.

The first painter I chose is Nicolas Poussin. He was born in France and moved to Rome when he was young where he lived for most of his adult life. He painted many landscape paintings, focusing on the mythology of Greece and Rome. His works were often a reflection of the baroque style, but contrarily his style focused on ‘order’ and ‘harmony’ rather than the more chaotic and forceful ‘frenzy’ of the baroque art.

1. Edouard Manet’s Luncheon on the Grass

2. Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s Umbrellas

3. Henri Rousseau’s The Sleeping Gypsy

4. Paul Cezanne’s Still Life With Apples and Pomegranates

5. Henri Matisse’s Icarus (from Jazz)

6. Claude Monet’s Water Lilies

7. Vincent van Gogh’s Wheat Field with Crows

8. Albert Marquet’s The Seine with the Pont de Clichy and Saint-Ouen in the Background (1910)

9. Georges Seurat’s A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte (1884)

10. Pablo Picasso’s Girl Before a Mirror
