Nail art is something that I am really into right now. I’ve been looking on Pinterest and following nail art boards for a while, but I had yet to try any nail art myself. I bought a set of nail art brushes from Amazon and decided to try a few different designs.
For this first design, I started out with 2 coats of Essie’s Bordeaux (a dark purple) as my base color. Then, with an angled brush, I added simple stripes of Julep’s Quinn (an aqua creme) and Essie’s A Crewed Interest (a red-orange creme). This was my first time adding stripes to my nails, so it took me a little bit to get the hang of it. But overall, this design was pretty simple.
This is my favorite nail art design that I have tried so far! The white snowflakes are just so cute! To get this look, start with two coats of OPI’s Alpine Snow as your base color. Then use acrylic paint to add the snowflakes using a dotting tool. If you don’t have acrylic paint, you can use a white polish instead–it will work just fine!
