Nail art is so much fun and it’s getting more and more popular. It seems like there are endless possibilities! I’ve been doing it for a while now and I still feel like I’m learning something new every time. It can get expensive when you go to a salon, but you can do it at home with simple tools that are probably already in your house!

As you will see in the following steps, you don’t need any fancy nail polish or nail art supplies; all you need is some patience. Here are a few easy nail art designs that will hopefully inspire you to get creative!

Nail art is something that I am really into right now. I’ve been looking on Pinterest and following nail art boards for a while, but I had yet to try any nail art myself. I bought a set of nail art brushes from Amazon and decided to try a few different designs.

For this first design, I started out with 2 coats of Essie’s Bordeaux (a dark purple) as my base color. Then, with an angled brush, I added simple stripes of Julep’s Quinn (an aqua creme) and Essie’s A Crewed Interest (a red-orange creme). This was my first time adding stripes to my nails, so it took me a little bit to get the hang of it. But overall, this design was pretty simple.

This is my favorite nail art design that I have tried so far! The white snowflakes are just so cute! To get this look, start with two coats of OPI’s Alpine Snow as your base color. Then use acrylic paint to add the snowflakes using a dotting tool. If you don’t have acrylic paint, you can use a white polish instead–it will work just fine! After your design is completely dry (I waited overnight), finish
