How To Use Nail Polish

Welcome to my blog on how to use nail polish. There are many different ways to do this and this is just one of them. I will try to include as much detail as possible and provide pictures with each step. I chose the French Manicure because I think it is perfect for every occasion.

If you are not familiar with a french manicure, it is when you paint your nails white at the tip and then paint the rest of your nails with a clear coat or any color you would like. Although it seems easy, it really does take some practice so don’t be discouraged if you can’t get it right the first time.

To begin, you will need a few things:

Nail Polish Remover

Cotton Swabs

Clear Coat Nail Polish

White Nail Polish

(any other color nail polish)

How to apply nail polish:

1. Start with a base coat, then apply two coats of your favorite polish.

2. Once the topcoat is applied, use a dotting tool to apply your favorite glitter and top it off with another coat of topcoat.

3. Finish with a glittery accent nail.

You can do any design you want using this method and can be as creative as you like!

Nail polish is a lacquer that can be applied to the human fingernail or toenails to decorate and protect the nail plates. The formulation has been revised repeatedly to enhance its decorative effects, and to suppress cracking or flaking. The French Manicure is a very easy nail polish technique that gives you perfectly polished looking nails. No matter what manicure designs you want to wear, you should start with a French manicure as the foundation.

Here are simple step by step instructions for doing French tips. You can also do this technique on your toes as well!

Step 1: Prep nails for manicure by filing and shaping your nails into desired shape with a glass or crystal nail file.

Step 5: Apply another coat of clear base coat over everything on each nail to seal in the white tips and protect them from chipping. Your French manicure base is now complete!
