1. Acrylic Nails are not suitable for weak nails

The acrylic is applied with a brush dipped in the liquid and powder mixture and then brushed onto the nail. If you choose to File your nails, use the buffer side of the File and buff your nails. This will help the acrylics adhere better to your natural nail. Once you have completed this step, wash and dry your hands again.

After you have washed, dried, and buffed (if necessary) your nails, you need to apply a coat of Nail Dehydrator. This removes oils from the nail so the acrylics will adhere to the nail better. If you skip this step, it could result in lifting of the acrylics and peeling of the polish.

Next, if you suffer from ridges in your natural nail, apply Ridge Filler . This will create a smooth surface for the acrylics so they apply evenly across your fingernail.

Before applying acrylic nails, prepare your natural nails by clipping them short and shaping them with a file. Then, use a buffer to buff the surface of your nails to remove any oil that may interfere with the acrylic application. Once you’re done buffing, use an alcohol pad to clean the surface of your nail and remove any dust. Apply hand sanitizer to cleanse your hands once more before getting started.

To apply acrylics, gently dip each nail into a small dish filled with acrylic powder and tap off the excess powder. Now, use a small brush to apply a thin coat of liquid monomer over the tip of your nail and then sprinkle some more powder on top. Repeat this process until you have about 4 layers of acrylic on each nail. When you’ve finished applying acrylic to all 10 nails, use a buffer to smooth out any bumps in your nail beds. Finish by wiping each nail with alcohol and then massaging cuticle oil into the skin around your nails.
