Summer Nails 2017: A blog on the current hottest nail art trends in 2017. Pink french nails are back and they are hotter than ever. This trend is one of the most popular trends of summer 2017 and it’s no surprise why. If you are looking to add a little sparkle to your look, why not try out this chic nail design? It is easy to do and only requires three things: a polish base color, a top coat, and some pink glitter.

To start, paint your nails with any light pink polish you have. I used Essie “Naked without you” because it’s my favorite pink shade at the moment. Once that is dry, apply a layer of Outthe Door top coat. This will prevent your glitter from chipping off too quickly and adds an extra layer of shine to your manicure!

To add some sparkle to your nails, use a large glitter nail polish like Sally Hansen “Diamond Strength No Chip Nail Color” or OPI “Glitter Off Base Coat.” Paint two coats over each of your nails – this will give them some serious bling! You can also use smaller glitter polishes if that’s more your style (I used Sinful Colors “Hot Pink Glitter” for my accent nails

Pink French nails are the most beautiful, elegant, and natural looking of all nail art tutorials. Check out this simple tutorial to get the perfect pink french manicure!

Step 1: Prep you Nails

Before you paint your nails with any color, you need to prep them. File your nails down to the desired shape and length. Use a buffing tool on your nails to remove ridges and stains. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Step 2: Base Coat

Once you have prepped your nails, apply a base coat. The base coat will help protect your nail plate from discoloration caused by the nail polish. It will also help the nail polish adhere better to your nails.

Step 3: White Free Edge

After applying the base coat, apply a coat of white nail polish to the tip of each finger. Apply it so that it goes slightly above the edge of your finger on the top side (this is called a free edge). Let it dry thoroughly before moving on to step 4.

Step 4: Pink Polish

Once the white polish has dried, cover each nail in pink polish, including the white tips (but do not put any pink on top of the white tips!). Make sure that you only use one layer of

I am obsessed with nail art and I have been since I was a teenager. I love doing my nails and having them done at the salon, but to be honest, painting your own is always funner and cheaper! I am a sucker for pink french nails, they are always so pretty and classic.

I think pink french nails look best when the white tip is long and thin. In this tutorial I show you how to create the perfect pink french nails.

First things first, we need to prep our nails. Grab your cuticle pusher and push back your cuticles with moisturizer on them. Then file your nails into the shape that you want. You can either make them square or keep them in their natural shape by filing off any rough edges. If you don’t want to paint all ten of your fingers then skip this step.

Next we need to buff our nails a little bit so that the paint will stick better. This helps it last longer as well! Take your nail buffer block and gently buff each nail for about thirty seconds in a circular motion across the entire nail surface. Once you are done buffing, take a cotton pad or towel and wipe off any dust left behind.

Now it’s time to apply your base coat! You can
