The new season brings us a lot of things, beautiful weather, blooming flowers and most importantly…… new trends. From the latest makeup, hair and nail trends, spring is all about bright colors, glitter and fun.

“The trend will be a lot of color and designs,” says celebrity manicurist Sarah Gibson Tuttle. “I think people are going to be gravitating towards more glitter, brighter colors and bolder designs.” We asked Gibson Tuttle to dish on the top nail trends of the season to get us ready for spring.

Colorful Nails

We’ve seen a lot of pastels this winter but now we can replace those with some bold hues. Gibson Tuttle predicts we’ll see a lot of dark blues in the spring. “A dark blue is such a great alternative to black,” she says.

Bold Designs

When it comes to nail art, Gibson Tuttle believes we’re going to see an array of different techniques and designs. Chevron stripes were big last year but in spring you’ll see these lines curve and lean in different directions she says. Try out freehand nail art for some unique designs that don’t have to be perfect either.

Glitter Nails

From glitter polish to actual glitter on your nails,

The world of nail art is constantly evolving, and in some cases the trends are even more bold than they are in the fashion world. This Spring is no exception! From pastel colors to textured nails, we have put together a list of the top 5 most popular nail trends for Spring.

Soft Pastels

We all know that Spring is synonymous with bright, colorful flowers, and this year that inspiration has translated into some fun pastel color palettes. This softer approach to color is perfect for those who prefer a more subtle look. Soft pastels can be worn alone or in combination with other colors for a more dynamic effect.

Vibrant Colors

If you’re looking for something a bit more eye catching than soft pastels, then you’ll want to opt for vibrant colors. From neon yellows and oranges to sky blues and greens, there’s no shortage of colors to choose from. And if you want to make an even bigger statement then consider combining multiple vibrant colors on one nail.

Graphic Design

Graphic design has become an increasingly popular trend in nail art over the last few years as fashion designers have started incorporating it into their collections. Graphic designs range from simple dots and stripes to more complex patterns such as tribal art or even floral prints

If you’re like us, you’ve been looking forward to Spring and all of the amazing trends that will come with it. There are a lot of great trends happening this Spring and we’ve got the scoop on all of them. If you’re looking for some nail inspiration for the new season, then you’ve come to the right place.

The first trend we’ll be talking about is black french nails. If you’re into bold colors, then this one is definitely for you. It combines two major nail trends: French manicures and dark colors. When combined, these two things make for a very unique style that’s sure to turn heads.

We recommend pairing this look with a nude lipstick and minimal eye makeup so that your nails become the focal point of your look. This is a great look for those who want to make a statement this Spring without going too over-the-top!

Spring has officially sprung, and that means fresh manicures are in the forecast.

If the end of winter is making you crave a change, a new manicure is a quick way to shake up your aesthetic.

This season’s nail trends range from super-simple to intricate works of art — so there’s something for everyone.

The simple-but-chic black French manicure is one trend we’re loving right now. It can be achieved by painting the base of your nail with a black polish, then adding a thin white stripe along the tip.

If you prefer a different color palette, other nudes and neutral shades are also on trend.

The runway proved that while this look may seem minimalist, it can also be quite striking if done right.

Coral is a big color for Spring and its easy to get on nails! It’s a perfect color with a tan, but if you’re like me and don’t spend much time in the sun, then it’s good to pair with something else. I like coral with black tips. You can try the look yourself by polishing your whole nail coral and then using a small brush to paint black tips (using a similar technique as French tips). Make sure you have a steady hand though!

I love going to both places because they put together really cute displays that show you exactly how to get the look yourself.

If there’s one thing we love about the new season, it’s the return of nail trends that aren’t all about dark and moody polishes. With spring on the horizon, we’re excited to experiment with our favorite spring nail trends and indulge in fresh shades of pastel pink and timeless white.

With so many different nail trends to choose from, it can be quite overwhelming. To help you get a leg up on your mani game this season, we’ve rounded up the best nail trends for spring 2018. Keep reading to see which ones are worth trying right now.

A few days ago I posted a video tutorial for my Spring nails, and your response was so great I decided to create another one for you today.

This time I’ll show you how to recreate this gorgeous nail design that is perfect for the upcoming season.

All you need is a pale pink shade, like Essie – Mademoiselle, a white nail polish and last but not least black vinyls with different shapes.

I hope you like it as much as I do!
