Nails That Glow In The Dark!?

So, as most of you know, I LOVE nail polish. (I think I mentioned my love for it once before here?). And recently, I saw this ad in a magazine, where you can buy special nail polish that glows in the dark! How cool is that?! I immediately wanted to try it out, but only could find one site online that had it. So I bought a bottle of it, along with other stuff.

I just got my order in the mail today and tried the glow-in-the-dark polish on my nails. It’s really cool!! You can’t see the glow if your nails are under a light source, but if you bring your fingers away from the light source and wait for about 30 seconds, your nails start glowing!

There are five colors to choose from: Green, blue, purple, pink or yellow. They also have a colorless top coat that will make any nail polish glow in the dark. But what’s so great about this stuff is that you don’t need a blacklight to make it work! Just plain old sunlight or indoor lighting will do it.

When the glow wears off your nails (which won’t be too soon!), just expose them to light again for a few minutes and they’ll

I was at the nail salon yesterday, getting a mani/pedi, and I noticed this new kind of nail polish. They call it Dip Powder. It’s supposed to last longer than gel nails and doesn’t require UV lights to dry.

I asked them if they could try it out on me and see how long it lasts. The guy at the nail salon said it will last for about 3 weeks (which is pretty long if you ask me).

You dip your nails in powder and then it sets without needing any light or any other way of curing it.

I think I’m going to try this out for myself and see what all the hype is about.

This is a vlog of me doing my own nails at home. I love to paint my nails and do nail art! I hope you enjoy this video! Hello ladies!

This is a how to video on how to do your own dip nails. I have been getting my nails done professionally for a long time and I wanted to learn how to do it myself. I was able to get almost everything I needed at Sally’s Beauty Supply besides the dip powder and the activator. If you would like a list of everything that I used in this video, please let me know. Thank you guys so much for watching and don’t forget to leave me a thumbs up and subscribe!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! I hope you enjoyed this nail art tutorial!

We actually did a design very similar to this last year as well, but I decided to try it again with different colors and a new design. I think this turned out so cool!

The only thing is that these designs are very sensitive to light. So you have to make sure they’re exposed to light for long enough, which may be harder in the winter time. But it’s still so much fun playing with them!

I’d love to know what your favorite part of Halloween is, or what you get up to.

So I love OPI nail polish, but it’s a little expensive. I also have acrylic nails, which means I can’t just go to the salon and get my nails done every time I want to change the color of my nails. I recently decided to try Dip Powder Nails.

I have heard people rave about dip powder nails for years now, but had never tried it myself. Dip powder nails are a great alternative for those who don’t want to get acrylics or gel nails. There are a lot of benefits of using dip powder nail polish over gel and acrylics that make it worth trying out.

First of all, dip powder is great because it is super simple and easy to apply. All you need to do is:

apply a base coat

dip your nail into the powder

brush off the excess powder

apply another coat of base coat

apply a sealant topcoat

There are only five steps! It takes less than ten minutes to apply it, which I love because I am not a very patient person. Also, there are no UV lights needed with these!

My favorite thing about dip powder nails is that they do not damage your real nails underneath and they last forever! My nails look amazing and have not been damaged

I tried out the dip nail trend, here’s what happened.

I have been on the search for a manicure that lasts more than one week. I want to be able to get my nails done and not have to worry about chipping, peeling or breaking. I love doing my nails, but I do not like the amount of time it takes to keep them looking good! That’s why when I heard about Dip Nails, I knew I had to try them out!

What are Dip Nails?

Dip nails are a new way of doing acrylics. Instead of using a liquid monomer and a polymer powder like you do with traditional acrylics, this technique uses a brush-on gel base on the nail, which is then dipped in a powder. After each layer is applied, they are “cured” under an LED light and then coated with a protective top coat. The powders come in all different colors and can be mixed and matched to create unique designs or ombre effects. They claim that it’s odorless and takes half the time as a normal acrylic set!
