Step 1

Pour out a small amount of plaster powder onto a flat surface. Use a pumice stone to mix a small amount of water into the plaster powder. Do not add too much water! Keep mixing until you have a thick paste (you do not want it runny). Use your finger to apply the paste onto your fingernails, leaving only the tips free. Let it dry completely.

Step 2

Use an emery board or nail file to file away any rough edges from your French nails before applying polish. Apply a thin layer of clear nail polish over your entire nail and let it dry completely. Make sure that you file in only one direction otherwise you will weaken your natural nails. Once you have done this you can push back your cuticles with a cuticle stick – never cut them!

Step 2: Once you have finished prepping your nails it is time to glue on your fake nails. This could not be simpler, just line up the fake nail with your natural nail and cover the whole surface with glue using the applicator that came with your kit. Make sure that there is plenty of glue on the surface of both nails. Let it dry completely before moving onto step 3!
