Nail Care Routine For Strong And Healthy Nails

I have always been one of those women who would look at other women’s hands and admire the strength of their nails. You can instantly see which women take care of their hands and nails, which ones keep up with a nail care routine and which ones don’t. I’m not saying that you need to have super long nails or even manicured nails, but your nails should be clean and well maintained.

If you have ever had a bad reaction to acrylic or gel nails, or if you simply never took good care of your natural nails and they are now weak, you can get them back to a healthy state. But it takes time and commitment. It’s possible though, I did it myself.

Firstly, start by removing any old nail polish from your nails. If you are wearing acrylic or gel polish, make an appointment with the salon to get them removed professionally. If you are wearing regular polish, just remove it with some acetone free nail polish remover. Then take a nail file and file your nails very gently so that you remove any of the layers that might be damaged from the previous nail polishes (both acrylic/gel or regular).

In my experience, healthy nails start with a good nail care routine. I know it seems like a lot of work, but I promise you that it is worth it in the long run! Healthy nails make for a happy you.

Nails grow at an average rate of 3.5 mm (0.14 inches) per month, or about 1 cm (0.39 inches) per year. Because our nails are made from dead cells, they don’t grow as fast as our hair does.

Nail care is very important for healthy and strong nails. There are a lot of things to keep in mind when you are trying to grow your nails without damaging them, but today I want to talk about some basic tips and my nail care routine that I follow every day.

First of all we need to start with the basics. We always want to do our nails on clean nails instead of dirty ones, so we need to make sure that our nails are clean before we start doing anything to them. Here is what I do:

1. Clean my nails with warm water and soap

2. Cut my nails if they are too long

3. File them into the shape I like (this time I chose round)

4. Buff the surface of each nail to make it smooth and ready for polish

5. Push back the cuticles or remove any dead skin with a cuticle pusher or a nail brush if your nails are really dirty (I don’t really think this is necessary if you do your nails regularly)

6. Use a moisturizer

It is so important to take care of your nails. Use a good nail strengthener and base coat that will help prevent your nails from breaking. You can also use cuticle oil that will keep your cuticles moisturized. Regular manicures along with a good nail care routine will help keep your nails strong and healthy.

It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of nail polish. It’s my absolute favorite form of self-expression. And if you’re like me, then you probably struggle with the same problem that I do: weak and brittle nails. As much as I love painting my nails, constantly removing and reapplying nail polish can take its toll on your nails, especially if you’re not taking care of them properly.

So today I want to share with you a few tips and tricks that have helped me get my nails stronger than ever. But first things first: what are strong nails made of?

If you want to know how to strengthen your nails, then the first thing to know is what your nails are composed of. Your fingernails are made up of keratin, which is a protein found in hair and skin as well.

Keratin is a hard protein that forms in long strands called intermediate filaments. If a lot of these filaments are packed close together, they create tough structures like horns, hoofs and claws. And on top of being incredibly strong, keratin is also waterproof, making it the perfect material for your fingers and toes.

Your nails are just like your body, they need vitamins to stay healthy and strong. I take a daily multivitamin and use nail strengtheners that contain vitamins A, C, E and Biotin.

Here are some tips to keep your nails strong:

1. Take a daily multi vitamin

2. Make sure you eat healthily and drink plenty of water

3. Don’t use your nails as tools (I know it’s tempting but it’s the worst thing you can do!)

4. Always wear gloves when cleaning or doing any household chores

5. Don’t bite or pick at your nails or cuticles – this causes them to split, tear and peel and can lead to infection

6. Keep your hands moisturised with hand lotion (I use pure argan oil every night)

7. Wear rubber gloves when washing up or applying nail polish remover (the acetone dries out your nails)

8. Use a protective base coat before applying nail polish (this will help keep them stronger for longer)

9. Use a good quality top coat to seal in your polish – this will prevent chipping and make them last longer

10. When applying your top coat, brush it on from the cuticle to the tip

Your nails are a reflection of your health, so you can see what is going on inside your body by checking out your nails. They are a way to learn more about yourself. For example, if you have a white spot on your nail that means you might have the zinc deficiency. If you are not sure what this means, then you should consult your doctor.

Your nails might be a sign of a medical condition which requires medical attention and diagnosis. You can do this by checking your nail discoloration or nail shape. You should know what is normal for your nails before you start worrying about any changes that happen to them.

You should have clean and healthy nails! This will help you with preventing fungal infections in the future and make your nails look more beautiful. And it will also help to prevent other diseases as well.

You can keep your fingernails clean by using soap and water when hand washing, and use a cotton swab to clean under the fingernails weekly while bathing or showering. When using hand sanitizer make sure that it doesn’t contain any irritants or chemicals that can cause further damage to the cuticles.
